Based in Washington D.C., I consult in legal visualization and trial presentation technology. Experienced in the creative development of visually compelling and strategic presentations, I’ve participated in the arena of high-stakes litigation. In addition to working in scores of venues around the country, I have significant experience in local (DC), federal venues, including: the International Trade Commission (ITC), the Surface Transportation Board (STB), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), World Bank, the Courts of Federal Claims, The National Transportation and Safety Board (NTSB), the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) the Department of Justice (DOJ), etc.
With twenty years experience in trial presentation consulting, design and development and working with many of the nation’s top law firms and Fortune 500 companies, I've consulted in scores of cases involving mass tort, intellectual property, construction, product liability, antitrust commercial, complex financial, civil rights and criminal issues in jurisdictions across the United States.
I've worked with several national trial consulting firms, the federal government with security clearance and private clients. I've spoken before the annual ITC Trial Lawyers Association meeting, have delivered CLE presentations on the effective use of a trial presentation specialist. As a certified OnCue 4 user, I've developed training materials and delivered presentations to trial teams and litigation support staff.
I received my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, with honors.
