Presentation Tactics at the ITC

"Highly empathetic, I care about the outcome of your case. Having handled scores of matters with massive volumes of data and immeasurable stakes at hand . . . I understand that the recipe to success is both teamwork and a well crafted trial strategy."

Based in Washington, D.C., I consult in legal visualization and trial presentation technology. As an expert in the creative development of visually compelling and informative, strategic presentations, I practice particularly in the arena of high-stakes litigation. Here in D.C., I have significant experience in local, federal venues, including:  the International Trade Commission (ITC), the Surface Transportation Board (STB) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), World Bank and the Courts of Federal Claims.

With over twelve years experience in trial presentation consulting, design and development and working with many of the nation’s top law firms and Fortune 500 companies, I've consulted in scores of cases involving intellectual property, construction, product liability, commercial, and complex financial issues in jurisdictions across the United States.

Specializing in the development of clear, concise presentations for complex matters, corporate communications and for a wide range of audiences, my expertise in this area has helped numerous my clients present their cases in mediation and arbitration settings, as well as in bench and jury trials. My work includes conceptualizing and executing creative communication solutions as part of the development of opening and closing presentations, key expert witness testimony, and management of on-site trial support teams around the globe.  My core competency lies in the area of patent litigation - specifically mechanical, electro-mechanical, and computer-based product technologies and their methods manufacture, thus enabling me to develop a thorough understanding and affinity for Section 337 Investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission.

I've worked with other national trial consulting firms including CaseSight, Inc. and FTI Consulting. I've spoken before the annual ITC Trial Lawyers Association meeting and have delivered CLE presentations on the effective use of visualization in case presentation. I received my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University with honors. My experiences also include engineering work in the bio-tech field and retail product research and development.
